Workshops were one of the main parts of the programme. Instead of traditional presentations, we focused on practical demonstrations and activities that everyone could take part in. There was also plenty of time for discussions about products, the market and new opportunities for cooperation.

We also included team activities that gave everyone a chance to step away from their usual work routine for a while. On Friday, we headed to Čierny Balog to visit the Čiernohronská Railway. After exploring the railway grounds, it was time for competitions inspired by the railway environment – handcar racing, an obstacle run along the tracks, sleeper slalom and hammering nails into railway sleepers.

Saturday was dedicated to more workshops, cooking together and sporting activities. Outside the hotel, teams prepared traditional dishes including goulash, sauerkraut soup, bryndza dumplings and spicy Hungarian goulash.

While the cooking was underway, the activities continued with laser biathlon, archery, scooters and pedal vehicles, the caterpillar race, cornhole and disc golf.
