As every year, our traditional March Dejmark Training took place again—one of our most important professional events. Over two days, we presented the best of our product portfolio from the brands Tikkurila, Anza, Flügger, Deltec, Bostik, and Osmo.

This year’s training wasn’t only about new products and innovations—it carried a celebratory tone, as Dejmark is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

The event opened with a speech by our CEO, who walked participants through the company’s history—from its founding, through key milestones, to the present day and our expansion into international markets. He also shared future plans, including the construction of a new warehouse that will significantly improve logistics and product distribution.

Founders reminiscing about the early days

As part of the anniversary celebration, the company founders, Tatiana and Dušan Pavlov, honored us with their presence. They reminisced about the beginnings of the business and, with their warm personal approach, helped create a pleasant atmosphere. They wished the company many more years of success, growth, and innovation.

Hands-on demonstrations, expert presentations, and real-world experience

Day one began with a block focused on Deltec, Anza, and Flügger. Participants had the opportunity to try applying coatings using Anza brushes and rollers, experiencing the quality and comfort of the tools firsthand.

This was followed by a presentation of interior decorative products, then a session dedicated to wooden surfaces and their treatment. The day concluded with a segment on industrial coatings. It was a full schedule of expert content, practical demonstrations, and interaction with the presented products.

The second day was dedicated to Bostik. Their specialists introduced the products, their use, and their practical advantages. Participants gained valuable insights to support both sales and customer problem-solving.

Samba, a raffle, and a carnival mood
|
The evening program had a light and festive vibe. Energetic dancers from Vivas Dance Group provided great entertainment, a raffle offered attractive prizes, and many participants arrived in costumes, giving the event a carnival feel and highlighting its uniqueness.
